Uninsured Westmeath drug driver never had a licence
A motorist stopped by gardaí in Mullingar yesterday not only failed a roadside drugs test, but was also found to have never had a licence and was uninsured.
The motorist, who was discovered to have both cocaine and cannabis in his system, is due to appear in court in the coming weeks.

It was found that the Driver had never held a license, had no insurance and they tested positive for Cannabis and cocaine!
