Francis (Frank) Henehan

Loretto, Hill of Berries, Athlone, Roscommon.

Suddenly at home. Beloved husband & best friend of Anne (nee Lennon), loving father of Fergal, Edel, Ailish, Sean, Gerard and Marie. Sadly missed by his brothers Michael and Joe, sisters Mary (Harney), Veronica (Brady) and Anne (O’Connor), daughters-in-law and partners Angela, Clodagh, Kathleen, Stephen and Liam, lifelong friend Jim Morgan, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended Henehan and Lennon families and his wide circle of neighbours and friends including those involved in motorsport throughout Ireland.

In view of the sharp increase in Covid-19 cases throughout the country, Francis' family request that the house & Mass are kept strictly private. Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday at 11 o’clock at the Church of the Risen Christ, Ballybay followed by burial in Kiltoom Cemetery. Mass will be available to view on a link to be provided later.

Patrick (Paddy) Harney

Carrowreagh, Taughmaconnell, Ballinasloe, Roscommon. Paddy passed peacefully at his home, in his 90th year. He will be sadly missed by his wife and best friend Margaret (nee Mulligan, Dysart), daughter Marie, sons Anthony and Dermot, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, in-laws, relatives, carers, neighbours and his many good friends.

Paddy’s Funeral Mass will be held privately, for family only, on Sunday January 17, in St. Ronan's Church, Taughmaconnell, at 12 noon, followed by burial in local cemetery. Paddy's Funeral Mass can be viewed via live stream on https://www.facebook.com/stronanschurch.ie/.

Dean O'Farrell

Dunmasc, Portlaoise, Laois / Athlone, Westmeath

Peacefully at Portincula Hospital Ballinasloe on 11 January. Dearly loved son to Derek and Fiona. Deeply regretted by his loving partner Anita, sisters Shauna and Katie, grandmother Nanny Mary, grandfather Eamon and Clioda, aunties, uncles, niece Hollie, nephew Jamie, colleagues in the Defence Forces, relatives and friends.

A private family funeral will take place, for family only, in St Peter and Paul's Church, Portlaoise on Friday at 12 noon. The Mass can be viewed on the parish webcam: https://www.portlaoiseparish.ie/webcam/. Cremation will follow afterwards in Newlands Cross Crematorium.

Peter Gregory (Greg) Doolan

Cheltenham, England and formerly Ballicknhee, Clara, Offaly

Died 20 December 2020 Peacefully at home. Predeceased by his wife Jean and brother P.J. Sadly missed by his sons Danny and Peter, his sister Marie, partner Christine, Christine's children Mandy, Barry and Ben, Danny's partner Kelly and his grandchildren Caisey, Chelsea, Carly-Jean, Jack and Rosie, his nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, and a wide circle of friends.
