Creggan court sells for over 1m
The Creggan Court Hotel has been sold to a private Irish-based investor and is understood to have sold for in excess of €1m.
CBRE Hotels confirmed the sale this week. While the sale price was not disclosed, the the pricetag is believed to be in excess of the €1m guide price.
The hotel was offered for sale on behalf of Joint Receivers Kieran Wallace and Padraig Monaghan, KPMG. Creggan Court is being purchased by a private Irish-based investor and the hotel is expected to be managed by Great National Asset Management under a new newly developed Irish mid-scale hotel brand called Express Inn.
The 71-bedroom hotel is located at the Kilmartin N6 Centre on the Dublin Road. The Creggan Court Hotel is a three star hotel, which is trading for approximately twelve years.
It boasts The Lemon Tree restaurant, which can seat 80, and the Granary Bar, while bedrooms are located on three levels. It also has four meeting rooms.
