BREAKING: News on planned Leaving and Junior Cert exams

RTE is reporting that the Leaving Certificate exams have been deferred to July or early August, with the possibility that students wil return to school during the summer for a number of weeks in preparation.

The Junior Cert exams, on the other hand, have been cancelled and it is proposed they will be replaced by an in-school Junior Cycle assessment to be carried out in September.
