A National Lottery spokesperson said today the sky would be the limit for an Irish player if their numbers come up in the mega draw.

The spokesperson added: “One lucky player in Co. Kerry came incredibly close to the €138 million jackpot last Tuesday, just missing out on the massive jackpot by one lucky star which are numbered between 1-12. While they narrowly missed out on the jackpot, they did pocket the €333,913 Match 5 + Lucky Star prize on offer."
