South Roscommon clubs represented as county minor football captains confirmed

Two players representing South Roscommon clubs will fulfil the roles of captain and vice-captain of this year's ladies county minor football team.

Manager Aidan Main has has confirmed that St Brigid's player Ciara Walsh will captain the team for the forthcoming season and she will be assisted by Lilly Murray from St Dominic's in the vice-captain role.

Both players will be hoping their Connacht championship starts with a victory when Roscommon host Mayo in their opening competitive fixture on Wednesday, April 16.
