Athlone GAA has an illustrious history and, despite not winning the Flanagan Cup since 1998, the club still heads the roll of honour for Westmeath senior football titles.

The club has been making a big effort in ladies football over recent years, winning the Westmeath LGFA Junior Championship in 2023 and reaching the Intermediate Championship semi-finals last year.

The evening will start with a reception from 6.30pm, when light refreshments will be served, followed by the showing of the film at 7pm. Tickets cost €20 per person or €10 for under-16s and can be purchased from Karen at 087 948 0007 or from your club contact.

In an exciting weekend for Athlone GAA, the club will also host the Lidl Ladies National Football League game between Westmeath and Donegal on Sunday at Páirc Chiaráin (throw-in 2pm).
