Athlone Arts Group exhibit work in Athlone Towncentre

Athlone Arts Group is to host an exhibition of work at Athlone Towncentre shopping centre in the run up to Christmas.

The group, established over 40 years ago, is one of the oldest in the country.

This year's exhibition will be located in the same place as last year in the unit beside TK Maxx on the ground floor.

It will run from December 17 to December 23. On offer will be local landscape, portrait, animal, and abstract paintings in oil, watercolour, acrylic and pastel.

The group has thanked Shirley Delahunt and her team in the Towncentre for her continuing support for Athlone Arts Group.
