James sets off from Cusack Park for leg 2 of RUN4MND

James Gillivan began day two of this four-day running challenge, RUN4MND, at Cusack Park, Mullingar this morning.

James ran the leg from Athlone to Mullingar yesterday in about 4 hours; and he aims to run another 4 hours today.

Present to see James off this morning were Todd Nugent, who is an an ambassador for the Irish Motor Neuron Disease Association (IMNDA), as well as fellow Moate native, John Cochrane, and a group of students from Loreto College, Mullingar.

"Big thanks to Therese Malone and Olivia Callaghan for bringing the Loreto College Mullingar girls out to support Jimi off this morning," said James's sister, Ursula.
