Minister Naughton attends road safety event hosted by Athlone Garda Station

Minister of State with the responsibility for Special Education and Inclusion, Hildegarde Naughton, attended a road safety event hosted by Athlone Garda Station this morning (Monday.)

Around 120 children attended the event held by Gardai Darren Murphy, Stacey Looby and Lorraine Killilea, at St Mary's National Schools' Summer Camp.

The gardai were also supported by their colleagues from Athlone Fire Service.

Athlone gardai would like to thank all the children for taking part.
