Marist College's regional success at Pi Maths Quiz

The Marist College had great success at the Regional Round of the IMTA Pi Quiz 2025.

With 21 teams competing from across the Midlands region, Marist College claimed 1st place, 3rd place and 4th place overall.

This quiz is highly regarded as one of the most exciting and engaging mathematical competitions in Ireland.

With almost 900 teams participating across 40 regional centres in 24 counties, this year's event was one of the largest in its history.

With the regional rounds completed, all eyes now turn to the highly anticipated National Final, which will take place this Saturday, March 29, in Portlaoise.

The Marist regional winning team of Thomas Tynan Daly, Evan Browne, Padraig O'Neill and Donnchadh O'Dwyer will battle it out against the other regional winners for the title of National Champions 2025.
