Date fixed for Junk Kouture Dublin City Final
A date had been fixed for the Junk Kouture Dublin City Final, with organisers today announcing that the event will take place on Wednesday, May 7, in The Helix, Dublin.
A total of four local designs are set to compete in the final, including 'News Spreads' by Athlone Community College students Eve Carey and Maeve Murphy, 'Afroyalty' by Ardscoil Mhuire Ballinasloe student Erin Godswill, Moate Community School designs 'Blueprint' by Erin Roche, Muireann Lowry, and Hannah Higgins, and 'Pay AtTENTion' by Lucy Hamilton and Niall Maxwell.
The event will be an impressive display of eco-friendly couture, featuring sixty finalists from across Ireland. Each design team will showcase their recycled couture creations.
Tickets for the final are on sale this Friday, March 28, at 10 am, and are priced at €43.50 plus venue booking fee. Tickets will go on sale at: www.thehelix.ie
