Colaiste Chiarain students win bronze medals in Maths quiz

A group of 5th and 6th year students from Coláiste Chiaráin in Summerhill took on the tough challenge of the Irish Association of Maths Teachers annual Maths Quiz last week, with three brainy students securing bronze medals for their efforts.

The event which took place in Moate Community School and was attended by 12 students from 5th and 6th year Applied Maths classes in Coláiste Chiaráin, saw Daniel Valverde, Keela Plunkett and Antoni Wawrzyniak being placed third overall and receiving bronze medals.
