Belvedere House reopens after Storm Éowyn

Belvedere House and Gardens has reopened today as it continues its clear up after Storm Éowyn.

The popular amenity closed for four days in the aftermath of last Friday's storm due to a lack of power. A number of trees in the gardens also fell victim to the high winds which battered the country.

In a post on social media this morning: Belvedere said: "We are delighted to announce that we are now back open to the public! The upper woodlands will remain closed for the moment however the main Gardens and Visitor Centre have re-opened, and we welcome all visitors and members as normal! It's good to be back!"
