Patients waiting for beds at Portiuncla hospital drops to zero

The number of patients waiting for a bed in Portiuncla hospital in Ballinasloe has dropped to zero this morning, Friday, January 17.

This is according to the INMO Trolley Watch figures for today, which show that the hopsital seems to have found beds for all remaining patients.

In recent days, the number of patients waiting on beds in the hospital has remained between 22 to 31, with the figure yesterday, Thursday, January 16, standing at 22.

A high of 37 patients were left waiting on trolleys on Thursday last, January 9.
