Roscommon Gardai seize car from uninsured driver

Roscommon Gardaí who were on patrol this morning (Monday) stopped a car when they observed that the driver was not wearing a seatbelt.

After the car was stopped, it was found that the driver was an unaccompanied learner driver, who had no insurance and no L-plates displayed on the vehicle.

The car was seized, and a court appearance will follow.
