Three new associate partners at RBK

RBK Chartered Accountants has announced the appointment of three new Associate Partners, bringing the firm's leadership team to 20 Partners.

The company said these appointments further enhance its depth of expertise across key practice areas in the firm’s Tax Compliance & Consultancy, Audit & Assurance and SME Accounting Solutions teams.

The newly promoted individuals are Charlene McCrossan as Audit & Business Advisory Associate Partner, Michael Moriarty as Client Services Associate Partner and Sinéad McMahon as Associate Tax Partner, .

Charlene McCrossan, a native of Athlone, and residing in Kiltoom, is a Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Charlene provides audit, accounting and advisory services to a broad range of Irish and International owner managed businesses across a broad range of services and has been particularly active in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail, leisure and regulated sectors. Charlene has significant experience in FRS 102, consolidation of large groups’ with international operations and reviewing of accounting systems and internal controls.

Michael Moriarty, from Bealnamulla and now living in Oranmore, Galway, is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, Michael has more than 20 years’ experience in both practice and industry roles. Michael works with clients across a broad range of industry sectors with particular accounting and commercial expertise in hotels, construction / property and manufacturing sectors. Michael advises on accounting, auditing, tax compliance, financial management and statutory compliance matters for medium and large sized owner-managed businesses.

Sinéad McMahon, from Cabinteely, Dublin, is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor. Sinéad advises an extensive portfolio of personal and corporate clients on incorporation, reorganisations, due diligence, VAT and succession planning, Sinéad's clients also include a number of international groups who she advises as they expand into Ireland or overseas on corporate tax and VAT matters as well as payroll advices for inbound / outbound employees and directors.
