Athlone woman contributes to forthcoming new publication

The director of the Athlone-based business 'A1 Cleaning', Tanya Cannon, is a contributing author in “Decision – The Gateway to your Unlimited Potential”,
The book by Donna Kennedy, releasing July 24, features a collection of chapters from a variety of authors, and describes itself as “a blend of insightful analysis, personal anecdotes, and practical strategies”.
It is designed to give readers the tools to “understand the profound impact of decision on your personal and professional life, overcome the fear of making the wrong choice, embrace the freedom of informed decision making, and to cultivate the mindset needed to navigate life's complexities with confidence and clarity.”

This latest achievement for Tanya Cannon follows on recent success including being awarded the 2023 Business Person of the Year at the Outstanding Achievement Awards, and having been chosen as the Grand Marshall of the 2023 St. Patrick's Day parade in Athlone.
“I have dyslexia, and some days are harder than others – but to step out from that comfort zone with the help of others has really given me a new lease of life," she said.
“Becoming an author is one thing I would've never imagined being able to do – but I'm so thankful for everyone behind me pushing me through the bad days.”
This step into the role of an author is not the first time Cannon has lent her words to a page.
Previously, she contributed to “Belife and Belief, A collection of empowering stories for life transformation”, writing about her childhood and family.
The book, published in 2020, was also a work of Donna Kennedy's.
A1 Cleaning was established in 2007, and currently employs over 50 people.
