Athlone River Festival seeking food producers for event this August

The Athlone River Festival will be taking place during the August Bank Holiday weekend (August 3-5), and organisers are looking for food producers to be part of a 'Taste of TUS micro village' which is planned as part of it.

One of the organisers, Michelle Doyle, said all vendors and artisans who want to be part of the festival are encouraged to get in touch, preferably before the end of June.

"This year's Athlone River Festival will have an exciting Viking River Fest theme," said Michelle. "We're inviting you to join us and showcase your delicious food products and artisan goods.

"If you're interested in taking a stand at the festival, simply reach out to the River Festival Committee at: riverfestivalathlone@gmail.com.

"We can't wait to see what amazing treats and unique creations you'll bring to our event. Let's make this year's Athlone River Festival an unforgettable experience for all. See you there!"
