Food safety recall for batches of Kellogg's Chocolate Corn Flakes

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland has this afternoon (Wednesday) issued a recall notice for certain batches of a new brand of Kellogg's breakfast cereal.

The recall alert relates to Kellogg's Corn Flakes, Chocolate Flavour, in 450g packs with best before dates of 06/12/24 to 28/04/25.

The Food Safety Authority said these batches, which originated in the UK, were being recalled "due to a potential presence of hard lumps that may pose a choking hazard and/or dental damage".

Recall notices will be displayed in stores and consumers are being advised not to eat the implicated batches.
