A warm welcome is extended to all in the community, all who contributed to the fundraising projects, builders, architects, trades and all neighbours and friends to attend. Light refreshments will be served in Ballycumber Community Centre.
The building measures 48m long and 18m wide with prestressed concrete walls of 5m high. There is also be an astro turf floor, which will be particularly important when the weather makes outdoor activity unviable. These include training for underage football and hurling, games such as bowls and boccia or exercises like yoga or pilates.
