Niall Horan is set to release an extended version of his third studio album, The Show: The Encore.

New single and extended album from Niall Horan

Niall Horan has announced an extended version of his third studio album. 'The Show: The Encore' will feature live versions recorded at his headline slot of this year’s Electric Picnic, as well as new renditions of nine songs originally featured on the tracklist.

These include collaborations with various artists, including singer songwriter Lizzy McAlpine, and The Voice co-star, John Legend. ‘Encore’ also features a cover of Zach Bryan’s Something In The Orange.

The Mullingar man released You Could Start a Cult, featuring Lizzy McAlpine, on Friday ahead of his new record, which will be digitally released on November 3, followed by vinyl and CD editions on April 5.

“I’m excited to announce that ‘The Show: The Encore’ will be out digitally on November 3 with vinyl and CD editions to follow on April 5,” said the singer songwriter on the social platform X.

On working with Lizzy McAlpine and John Legend, he added: “I’ve been a huge fan of hers for a while now and am so grateful she was able to hop on the song and write a special new verse. I’m also thrilled that the incredible John Legend came on for a new version of The Show and can’t wait for you all to hear the cover of ‘Everybody Wants To Rule The World’ (by Tears for Fears) that I performed at all the festivals this summer. There’s also some versions of the songs I did with Vevo and a preview of some live performances I did at a Spotify Event right before the album came out (much more to come from that night to come soon).
