Road diversions in place for N62 roadworks
Road diversions will be in place for the next three days to facilitate surfacing road on the N62 between Ballinahown and the Birr turn, approaching Athlone.
The work, which began yesterday (Monday) will continue until Thursday, October 19 between 8am and 6pm each day.
A road closure and traffic diversion will be in place during the works being carried out by a contractor on behalf of the Municipal District of Athlone-Moate of Westmeath County Council.
