Inglot pop-up shop to reopen in Athlone

Inglot will reopen a pop-up shop in Golden Island Shopping Centre in Athlone this Saturday at 11am.

To celebrate the grand re-opening the first 50 customers will receive a free goody bag. The pop-up shop will offer lots of discounts and the latest beauty must-haves.

Inglot is available at 200 retail outlets across the country and the UK, including Boots and at the Dunnes Stores new Beauty Halls but a new trend the brand has been exploring to great success is that of the pop-up shop.

Jane runs the cosmetics brand along with her brother Peter. Inglot was introduced to the country 14 years ago.

Jane said: "Essentially these are temporary stores and that’s why they’re getting such a buzz, because they’re only there like six weeks. People want to get in; get these amazing bargains."

The Swarbriggs first experimented with the notion of a pop-up shop at Harbour Place Shopping Centre in Mullingar during Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann last year, and they were blown away by the reaction: "We stayed there for a month and then we went back at Christmas again for another six weeks," said Jane.
