The Mullingar branch of the North Midlands Credit Union (NMCU) was a hive of musical activity this afternoon for its fleadh launch.
Westmeath's finest musicians joined forces for a trad session to mark the beginning of the count down to this year's event, which gets underway on August 6.
Among those who attended the event was Rose of Tralee Rachel Duffy. Once again, the NMCU are the main sponsor of the Fleadh Cheoil.
