Healthy Heart Walk set for Brideswell on Pattern Sunday

Cam Defibrillator Group will hold a Healthy Heart Walk event on Pattern Sunday, July 29 next.

Register in the marquee in Brideswell Square from 11am. Warm-up at 11.30. Walk commences at 12 noon.

Registration fee is €5 per person and €10 per family.

All proceeds will go to fund maintenance and replacement of defibrillator units in Cam Parish.

A GoFundMe page will also be available on July 29 for donations. Children must be accompanies by an adult at all times. High vis clothing essential. No bikes or scooters allowed.
