Joe Dolan special to air on RTÉ's Nationwide this evening
A Joe Dolan special from 2004, in which the much-loved Westmeath singer took viewers around his native town of Mullingar, will be featured on RTE's Nationwide this evening (Friday, July 14) at 7pm.
The episode is being shown as part of programming marking the 30th anniversary of Nationwide.
Joe Dolan, who sadly died on St Stephen's Day in 2007, aged just 68, had guest-presented the programme a few years earlier.
A description of the episode states: "The show sees Joe and the band in action at a local venue and the programme visits the places and people he knew and loved in his home town in County Westmeath."
