Dry for most areas with just a few isolated showers, mainly in northern parts this evening. Good spells of sunshine as well, turning a bit hazy later in the day. Highest temperatures of 20 to 24 degrees, warmest in the midlands, in light southerly breezes.
Mostly dry at first tonight, although patchy outbreaks of rain will arrive to western areas early in the night and extend across the country by morning. Overnight temperatures will stay warmer than in recent nights, only falling to around 15 or 16 degrees. Light to moderate southerly breezes, turning fresh at times along Atlantic coasts.
Tomorrow will be mostly cloudy with scattered outbreaks of rain throughout the day. Somewhat humid as well with highest temperatures of 19 to 23 degrees. Light to moderate southerly breezes.
It will remain cloudy and humid Friday night with scattered outbreaks of rain. Overnight temperatures not falling below 15 to 17 degrees in light southerly breezes.
Staying unsettled for the weekend and into next week with outbreaks of rain or showers, potentially turning heavy at times.
Staying humid again on Saturday with occasional outbreaks of rain, most frequent in western parts later in the day. Most areas will be cloudy with the best of any sunshine in the east and northeast. Highest temperatures of 19 to 24 degrees in light to moderate southerly breezes.
Rain will turn persistent and potentially heavy over much of the west and midlands overnight on Saturday while parts of the east will remain dry until morning. Lowest temperatures of 13 to 16 degrees in light to moderate southerly breezes, veering westerly by morning.
A dull and wet start to Sunday with widespread outbreaks of rain. The rain will clear to scattered showers by the afternoon, some of which may be heavy or thundery. Some sunny spells will develop as well. Temperatures will be a bit cooler than in previous days with highs of 17 to 21 degrees in mainly light westerly breezes.
Mostly cloudy on Monday with scattered showers, merging to longer spells of rain in the west later in the day. Maximum temperatures of 16 to 18 degrees in light southwesterly breezes.
Further outlook: Early indications are that it will remain unsettled through mid-week with further spells of rain or showers expected.
