Hail on 'potential' list as Met Éireann issues weather warnings

Met Éireann is warning of potential thunderstorms - and even a chance of hail - in the ten hours from 12 noon today.

The weather warning says there are to be localised slow-moving showers with heavy downpours, potential thunderstorms and a chance of hail.

The outcome may be localised flooding, and travelling conditions may be difficult.
