Athlone Friary's Novena in honour of St Anthony

Details of the annual Novena in honour of St Anthony has been announced by Athlone Friary from Sunday June 4 to Monday June 12.

The Novena Mass times are as follows:

Sunday June 4 and Sunday June 11 – 9.30am (no Sunday evening mass)

Monday June 5 to Saturday June 10 – 10.00am and 7.30pm

Monday June 12 - 10.00am and 7.30pm

Tuesday June 13 Feast Day of St Anthony - 10.00am and 7.30pm

Student Mass: Tuesday June 6 – 7.30pm

Blessing of the Children on the Feast of St Anthony: Tuesday June 13 - 3.00-4.00pm

Blessing of the Lilies takes place at both Masses on Tuesday June 13

Confessions during Novena:

After 10.00am Mass Monday – Saturday

6.00-7.00pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Petition and offering envelopes are available in the church porch and St Anthony Novena Mass bouquet cards are available in the sacristy after Mass on Tuesday and Sunday from May 16.
