A multi-storey car park is up for sale in Athlone with a pricetag of €920,000.
Billed as an “excellent investment opportunity” by the selling agents, the car park at St Mary's Square and adjacent to the former Texas Centre, which is now home to Elevate, one of Ireland's top indoor entertainment centres, has 320 parking spaces over seven levels.
Constructed in 2004 according to the marketing documents, the car park in the heart of the town was recently refurbished and refitted as a functioning multi-storey car park, including a rooftop car park area.
The car park sits on a site of 0.2 hectares or 0.49 acres.
