Athlone’s Aishling wins €5k in Bank of Ireland competition

Athlone woman Aishling Doolan and her fiancé Conor Murray are celebrating after scooping €5,000 in a Bank of Ireland competition.

Aishling, who is saving for her wedding in Athlone in August 2020, is one of two winners of a €5,000 cash prize, having entered a competition open to the bank's GoalSaver account holders. 

She and her fiancee Conor collected the prize at the Bank of Ireland branch on Church Street. 

GoalSaver accounts are designed to support those saving regularly toward specific life goals, facilitating monthly savings from €20 to €2,000.
