Nessa Robins teams up with Lidl as resident mum
Moate-based food writer Nessa Robins has just teamed up with Lidl supermarket as their resident mum online.
As part of her new role, Nessa will feature new recipes and tips for weaning babies and recipes for babies and toddlers, aged six months and over.
All of her writing will be featured on the Lidl online platform, www.lidl.ie.
Her recipes include purees and small dinners suitable for babies and children.
Her new role coincides with Lidl launching its new baby range in store.
“I’m happy to be working with Lidl and am delighted to have developed recipes online with Lidl,” Nessa told the Westmeath Independent.
Nessa’s book 'Apron Strings, Recipes from a family kitchen’ was published last year. She also wrote a column for the Westmeath Independent for five years.
Nessa, a well-known food writer, currently writes a column for the Irish Farmers Journal. Earlier this year she edited a book in conjunction with Mount Temple National School, Templelicious.
