Chainsaw stolen: gardai appeal for information

Gardai are looking for assistance in tracing a chainsaw stolen in South Roscommon.
The red Johnson brand chainsaw was taken from a shed next to a house at Correen, Oldtown, Athlone sometime over a two-day period from 6pm on November 19 last, to the same time on November 21. The cover of the blade was missing at the time.
Anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the Oldtown area of South Roscommon last week or is offered an item like this for sale, is asked to contact Clonark Garda Station 090 6437102 or Roscommon Garda Station 090 6638300.
