Westmeathmeath clash to form part of croke park tripleheader
Westmeath's highly-anticipated championship clash against neighbours, and old rivals, Meath will form part of a triple header at Croke Park on Sunday week.
Westmeath have never beaten Meath in a senior championship match and Tom Cribbin's men will be hoping to consign that particular status to history on June 28.
The day's action in Croker will get underway at 12 noon, when Dublin take on Kildare in the Leinster minor football championship semi final.
That will be followed at 2pm by the Leinster senior semi final between Westmeath and the Royal County. The other Leinster senior semi final, involving Dublin and Kildare, will then take place at 4pm.
After a very disappointing league campaign, Westmeath have now beaten Louth away and Wexford at home in this year's championship.
