Renewed appeal for information on missing Christopher Harney

Gardai are renewing their appeal for information on the whereabouts of missing Drum man Christopher Harney.

It has been confirmed that the last known sighting of Christopher was in Cork on Sunday night, and not on Wednesday as reported elsewhere.

Christopher was also in telephone contact with a family member in the early hours of Monday morning, from the vicinity of Templemore in Co. Tipperary.

It is believed he was on his way home to Athlone, from a music festival in Cork.
