All 5 Garth Brooks concerts cancelled

All five Garth Brooks concerts have been cancelled, Aiken Promotions have confirmed.

A statement this afternoon from the organisers of the concerts planned to take place later this month in Croke Park said no concerts will now take place.

'It is with great regret that Aiken Promotions today announce that the five concert Garth Brooks Comeback Special Event at Croke Park has been cancelled,' the statement reads, adding that Aiken Promotions has 'exhausted all avenues' regarding the staging of the event and that they are 'very disappointed' for the 400,000 fans who bought tickets for the shows.

It's expected the ticket return process will be outlined tomorrow.
